Push the door firmly at the latch side until it clicks. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### My Whirlpool door is shut but ERR is on. What now? Press along the latch edge, top and bottom, because a door can close without catching. If a firm press does not clear ERR, the switch or latch needs a look. ### Will the drum turn at all while ERR is showing on my Whirlpool?
