Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from Fisher & Paykel's own guidance for H2O FULL on its dryers. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Pull the tank out by its handle at the top left, keeping it level with both hands, and pour the water away.

02

Slide the tank back in securely and touch Start/Pause to resume.

03

If a drain hose is set up, check that it is still attached at the back and is not kinked, squashed or blocked.

04

Book a visit if H2O FULL shows with an empty tank or a clear hose.

Questions
about H2O FULL.

Can I clear H2O FULL myself?
Pull the tank out by its handle at the top left, keeping it level with both hands, and pour the water away. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
Why did my Fisher & Paykel dryer cool down before H2O FULL appeared?
When the tank fills mid-cycle, the dryer runs a few minutes of cool tumbling first, then pauses and beeps. Emptying the tank and pressing Start/Pause picks the cycle back up.
Can I stop H2O FULL from coming up on a Fisher & Paykel condensing dryer?
Yes, by emptying the tank after every load or by connecting the drain hose so the water goes straight to a drain. With the hose in use, the tank does not need emptying.
