On Wave-Touch gas dryers the install cycle shows NO GAS when it finds no gas connection or a closed supply valve. The dryer can tumble but cannot heat.

What to do when NO GAS shows on the dryerKind of codeHeating
The dryer expected heat and did not get it, or got it too slowly. On an electric model the element and its wiring; on a gas model the igniter, the flame sensor and the valve coils. A blocked vent is ruled out first.
