A thermistor or the moisture sensor bars reading outside their range, or the wiring to them. The reading is checked with a meter before any part is ordered.

Unplug the dryer or switch off its breaker.
While it has no power, press and hold Start/Pause for 5 seconds.
Restore power and run a cycle; book a visit if tE1 or tE3 returns.
